Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

We offer you a 15 days Return Policy, after delivery date, on products that have been purchased online (via this website) that are unused and in a re-saleable condition. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (which may be opened to see the product), with tags still attached. 

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, if we cannot find one in our system, so we kindly ask for your cooperation.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

All Australian orders are eligible for free returns, which means that we will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. All other countries are not eligible for free return shipping costs, ie you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, in case we get charged with it.

We can not be held accountable for not receiving a returned product, due to reasons out of our control.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you feel that your refund should have been showing on your account by now and you still haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
